Teddie Schroeder
Combining a background in civil engineering with a lifelong passion for interiors, Teddie brings a unique blend of technical precision and elevated style to every project. After graduating from The Lovett School here in Atlanta and then Clemson University, she spent a decade in land development, earning her Professional Engineering (PE) license. Prior to launching her full-time design career in Atlanta, she honed her skills in New York City and Charlotte, mastering job-site execution, spatial analysis and project management.
Deeply inspired by classing British and French interiors, art history and garden design, Teddie relies on rich textiles, color and pattern to bring layered warmth to a space. Merging her technical expertise with creative intuition, she delivers homes that are as functional as they are beautifully inviting. Outside the studio, Teddie loves hosting dinner parties, walking her black lab Libby, or hunting for antiques in London alongside her sister, Avery.
Principal & Senior Designer
Our design process is thoughtful, comprehensive, and highly detailed. From initial planning and design development through procurement and installation, our studio carefully manages each stage of a project to ensure the design is carried through with clarity and intention.
Each project begins by aligning with the client’s distinct priorities, vision and intentions for the space. We define our scope and define an intentional design strategy.
With a scope and strategy in place, we develop the design by space planning, furnishings, materials, finishes, and architectural details as needed for each project. Our design capabilities include floor plans, custom millwork and cabinetry, pulling in project partners such as architects or structural engineers as necessary. This phase is where the design begins taking shape.
This is where the magic truly happens. Once the design plans are finalized, our team coordinates every detail to bring the vision to life, overseeing everything from procurement to delivery and installation. We partner with trusted vendors to ensure every element of construction and installation of custom furnishings meet our standards and exceed our clients' expectations.
